I found Amarah understood the brief very quickly in particular the need for the candidate to fit easily into the culture of the office. Amarah produced 4 candidates on the short list for interview of whom I would have employed 2 and the third would have done the job. It was a very smooth process from my perspective o er a short timescale too.
